Called to get some information about times when flowers could be delivered for my friend's service and the receptionist was very rude. She cut me off trying to say we don't take orders for flowers. Next time, wait for people to finish there thoughts before speaking. I'm very intelligent and know that flowers are ordered through a florist as I have done this many time in the past. As for everyone else I would look somewhere else to conduct your loved ones homegoing services(suggestions for funeral homes that are not rude are E.F. Boyd's and Calhouns's).
