This morning an older customer representative had a horrible attitude, I only came to return something and she acted very rude when I was asking simple questions like whether or not I could swipe or insert my card. She has a very bad disposition, she shouldn’t work there. Thank God I wasn’t coming to shop. That was my first time and last time at the store.
Very bad return policy. I bought two pair of Boots online that I never worn. I went to the Maple Hts store twice to return them but they would accept them. The first time Stating since I didn’t have the shopping receipt I would get the price I paused for them. Ok then so I call customer service to get a copy of the receipt mailed to me i never received it. So I go to the store the second time because customer service said the store should had called them for proof of purchase (I also pulled up the info on my cell phone) The same lady at the Maple Hts store would take them back by putting the credit back on my credit card or exchange for the other pair of black boots I bought. SHame On Them I still have them
The manager with the short brown and blonde hair has a real nasty disposition. I sent my son in the store today so they could take a censor off a sweater i purchased because he didn't have the receipt she told him that she would do it as a courtesy this time. No this is something that should have been done when i made the purchase. Furthermore whenever you make a purchase they ask for you phone number (they're tracking your purchase) she could have looked it up. All it should have been was an apology because I the consumer was inconvenienced. I guess I'll go back to shopping at the Akron store. The manager needs to either go to a customer service class or find a new job not working with the public
The associate had a horrible attitude, she didn’t greet me or respond when I thanked her. When I had to sign a paper she just pointed and never said anything. She wouldn’t tell me her name either. I visited on 11/22/2017, 2:30pm. I want corporates number.
Called too see if they had a shoe in a certain size, the manager checked, said they did and asked my name. When I asked her name, she cut me off and said we will be holding your shoe. She was very rude, since when can't you have a store employees name?
